If you haven’t heard about the new LeapBuilders by LeapFrog, keep on reading to learn more about them. First, the LeapBuilders mixes traditional block play with technology.
However, these blocks are not your typical building blocks. Why do you ask? Well, they are designed to stay together (even while upside down) and to be pulled apart easily when your child wants to build something new 😀
With these new blocks, your child can insert the 20 doubled-sided learning blocks into the interactive Smart Star, and it will respond with educational songs and encouraging phrases.
Another, worthy feature to mention is the interchangeable blocks. Your child can mix blocks from each playset and the Smart Star will recognize them immediately. Leaving your child to play with no interruptions 🙂
My boys LOVE to build, knock-down and rebuild with these for hours!

The Benefits of LeapBuilders
One of the things that I love most about the LeapBuilders is that while playing, the boys are doing so much more than building.
They are learning the alphabet, numbers, colours and simple phonics! We’ve enjoyed using these to help Abel get ready to go to Kindergarten in September. As a result, even Isaiah is learning his ABC’s and 123’s while he plays with his big brother.
